I always see videos pitting these two against each other but I alwayss say that these two aren't direct competitors. One is mainly for vlogging and casual use while the other is for extreme sports or filming in harsh conditions. Output quality-wise I'll give the Pocket 2 the advantage, especially when it comes to stabilization, but I certainly won't be bringing the Pocket 2 with me when I'm white water rafting or doing some crazy stunts.
(On a side-note, is there any way to whatever-proof the Pocket 2 for such conditions?)
