Rotating the lens/gimbal

I just watched the DJI video touting their story modes. In the demo they showed filming a skateboarder and the gimbal rotated while filming. Is there a way to have the Pocket 2 do that outside of a story mode?

I don't roller skate at my age - I did however use use the camera button today on the Extension Rod to rotate the gimble. I have only used the rod a few times and find it a great piece of kit to have in my bag.
