Harbour Island is one of the two marinas in the small town of Gordons Bay, the other being General Botha harbour. Although the General Botha harbour is better known since it sports a SA Naval College, Harbour Island has many other attractions that makes it a unique place to visit.
When you first turn down the entrance road, it might not look like much as you are greeted by a nasty speed bump, and fishing boats all along your left-hand side. Well, just turn your head to the right and you will see the magnificence of the Krystal Beach Hotel, formerly known as the Villa Via Hotel – but this is simply the beginning!
